Repair/Restore
Damaged by careless movers, this lovely cedar chest dates back to 1930. With dents, scratches, and one leg detached, days of repair and refinish steps were needed to bring it back to original beauty. An oil finish reflects the warmth of the wood, and elegant trim detail.

Repair/Refinish
Set aside as trash in a thrift store, the Quarter Sawn Tiger Maple wood grain on this piece was unmistakable. The base was falling apart, the table so dirty it needed deep cleaning before a restoration plan could begin. After weeks of repair and delicate sand steps, a hand rubbed Tung Oil finish was applied. This one of a kind find is now solid, and spectacular.

Refinish/Restore
Front doors are the first impression as guests enter a home, and the final impression as they leave. This double in-swing door set with sunray lights had been primed, but left unfinished. Over time, significant wear and tear created an unattractive, unwelcoming appearance. The owner chose to refinish the doors. After several coats of good quality black satin paint, new brushed nickel hardware, the doors were dramatically transformed and ready for any occasion.
